Though Joyce will forever be a New York girl at heart, she has lived in South Carolina, Massachusetts, California, Tennesee, New Hampshire, and Connecticut with her husband, two cats, a pug named Thor, and a French Bulldog, Brie. When she's not writing, you can find her reading, cycling, making jewelry, and traveling the globe. Joyce has spent time in Namibia, Africa, photographing wildlife, gone to the top of the Schilthorn in Switzerland, stood among ancient stone circles in Ireland, made her way through the underground salt mines in Salzburg, Austria, explored the catacombs below Paris, roamed the city of London, and traveled by boat on a crocodile-infested river in Costa Rica.
